Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Havn Media, a brand operated by DUDEJA ADVERTISERS.

Important: All payments made to Havn Media / DUDEJA ADVERTISERS are non-refundable, subject to any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

1. No-Refund Policy

All payments made to Havn Media / DUDEJA ADVERTISERS are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Monthly retainers
• Recurring subscription payments
• Advance payments
• One-time project payments
• Campaign management fees
• Strategy and consulting fees
• Creative work fees
• Website development fees
• Other digital marketing service fees

2. Monthly Retainers and Subscriptions

Monthly retainers and subscription payments are non-refundable once the payment has been processed.

If a client does not wish to continue with the service, they may request cancellation in accordance with the applicable service agreement or billing arrangement.

Cancellation of future services does not create a right to a refund of payments that have already been processed.

3. One-Time Projects

Payments made for one-time projects are non-refundable once the project has been accepted, scheduled, or work has commenced.

This includes payments for website development, creative work, marketing campaigns, strategy, consulting, content creation, and other agreed services.

4. Advance Payments

Advance payments made towards a project or service are non-refundable.

Once resources, time, personnel, software, planning, or other work have been allocated to a project, the corresponding payment remains payable.

5. Marketing Performance

Havn Media does not provide refunds based on marketing performance or the achievement of a particular business result.

Digital marketing performance can be affected by numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, pricing, product quality, advertising platforms, algorithms, budgets, website performance, customer demand, and the client's sales process.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee specific numbers of leads, sales, revenue, followers, conversions, or return on advertising spend.

6. Advertising Spend

Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or other advertising networks is separate from Havn Media's service fees unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Advertising spend is subject to the policies and refund rules of the respective advertising platform.

7. Cancellation of Future Services

A client may request cancellation of future services in accordance with the applicable service agreement or billing arrangement.

Cancellation of future services does not result in a refund of payments already processed.

8. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any refund, cancellation, consumer, or other legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly or without authorisation, please contact us directly so that we can review the matter.

Where appropriate, we may provide relevant transaction records or other information to respond to fraudulent or unauthorised payment disputes or chargebacks.
